Today's challenge - simple........5 exercises - do for 1 minute and repeat 3 times!! Make sure to LIKE the post once you are done!!! For all of those who have been asking for more core :)

1. Plank - touch your nose - alternate hands
2. V-sit twists - body in v-sit position hold onto weight, child, dog, etc and twist from side to side making sure to touch the floor
3. Wide legged sit ups
4. Oblique curls - ankle on opposite knee and lead with shoulder and bring towards hip
5. Bicycles - my favorite!!!!
