Eating well is challenging, so is being active.  If sticking to a workout regime was easy, everybody would be doing it and everybody would be stronger, leaner and more fit.  But we all know it's not.  Life gets in the way, work, family, tragedy, and other 'reel' life doesn't allow for consistency all of the time.

I was working on a few ideas for my Holiday Promo this week - looking at the roster of woman that have come to Reel Life Fitness. What do they want, what do they need, and how do we make it work?  Those that have been there since the beginnng, coming free for weeks and coming to the evaluation in the pouring rain - to the newbies that have just joined in the past month or so.

It struck me....there have been waves of absence from some -  a couple of have been out of the country, trained for half marathons, others were sick or had to deal with injuries...... but very few have just not returned. Makes me smile.....I try my best to keep the classes different, keeping those coming guessing as to what I am going to do, whether it will be a hill or stairs OR both!!  A cicuit or a killer 60 rep Clockwork Workout.  

I am enjoying the indoor classes, no worries about weather, any piece of equipment is fair game.  Challenging your limits, with other gals is the fun part.  I know there are a few of you that have commented that they haven't stuck to a regime this long EVER.  I hope its not just the classes, but the sense of support and social component you get when you come to Reel Life Fitness.  

If you have been thinking about trying a class, by all means, contact me and I will set you up for your 3 free.  Great timing with the amazing Holiday Promos coming in December.  I cannot wait to share the details with you, I am so excited.    Do what works, do what you enjoy doing, shake it up, but most importantly have fun while you do it.  IF you are dreading any workout, you won't maintain the consistency you need to get the results you want.
