This summer has been so busy, that by the time the weekend is over, I am looking forward to Mondays. Not just to slow down a bit, but to take a breather. I also get to teach two Boot Camp classes and I have Personal Training sessions. There is something so invigorating about leading the group up and down hills, stairs, and using equipment to make us all 'feel' the lactic acid in our bodies.
It's back to school soon and trying to fit in workouts and eating well can be challenging. September has always felt like a 'new year'. Not the January 1st kind of New Year, but a start of the school season. With Johnny starting kindergarten and Matthew beginning pre-school, it feels like a new chapter.
