It's Tuesday........Tip of the week Tuesday. Yesterday I blogged about the 'Power of a Monday'. Today it's all about the RULE OF 2!!

This means don't let two days go by without being active, getting sweaty, or hiking up your heart rate.  From a nutrition perspective, don't let two consecutive days of eating poorly.  Snap out of it. It's way easier to get back on track on day 2 than day 3!!

Put the Power of a Monday and the RULE of 2 togther and you are set for success!!!
